I come up with stuff. I have no idea why... although not having new anime can cause a serious case of escaflowne videos.
I like to buy random anime... ugh this is not a good way to come up with new video ideas... you can't make videos like psychological damage everytime you part with $ for total crap. Although more often than not I end up making a video with my random anime... obsession? hobby? ...

I'm the same way. When I don't want to think that's when an idea comes to me or I hear a song which has lyrics that inspire me to think of a movie. When I get editor's block I just get in my car and go for a drive.
