The Best Anime Villian?

Just like the Best Anime Hero AMV, I'm also thinking about a video of the best and baddest anime villians ever! So who do you think is the most evil anime villian?

Dilandau. Hands down. Never seen anyone approach him, but I wonder if you can capture that sort of evil in an AMV... really would need to think of music for this one.

Also, this may start an argument, but I personally believe FLCL's Haruko qualifies as a villain. It would be fun to show that side of her in an AMV, for sure!

While I'm not gonna say he's the best, because I'm sure there are better...Gihren Zabi is definitely up there...not every villain who would proudly call themself 'the next Adolph Hitler' and actually have the actions to back it (sadly, he might not work well for a vid since most of his actions aren't featured in the series)

3x3 Eyes Benares

Spoiler Warning (Maybe better Safe than Sorry & Highlight to read)

I'm talking about the indestructible Wu, Benares. This guy was untouchable, yes he is immortal and that gives him an advantage, but basically no one was able to get close enough to even land a blow on him. The only Expcetion was Sanjiyan / Pai which didn't count because they didn't show that battle just a huge explosion in the distances and Pai / Sanjiyan was captured and repressed. So even though she was able to "defeat" Benares, she wasn't really able to defeat him. And beside you can't kill him because he is immortal, the only way to kill him is to defeat his boss. But I will stop here.

Dude, Perfect Cell has potential, but he falls victim to something that most 2nd rate villians do: OVERCONFIDENCE!! A really good villian would be Legato Bluesummers from Trigun. Vicious, from Cowboy BeBop. And Sakata Kentaro from Love Hina ( ) oh come-on, he's a ruthless villian.....trying to steal Narusegawa away from Keitaro.....

No, I perfectly understand that side of Dilandau as well!

There are many instances of good guys/villains reverting sides. You need to look no farther than DB(Z) or Sailormoon to find cases of that. But a villainous aspect to Dilandau is undeniable, even if it's not his fault.

By the way, perhaps you meant "tormented little GIRL" That makes more sense, no?

Cell... mmm... I don't see Cell as too exciting or original subject choice for AMV, but he is admittedly most villainous.

I think the best anime villian is ALGERNON in betterman.Well it is a virus more than anything else,but it caused some serious hell on earth times for Betterman and crew.Algernon almost wiped out all of Akumatsu industries in the final episodes. It killed Kiyade and Sho,who were to be together.It killed the scientist lady,and most of the others like betterman also.I was almost in tears neat the end because if you watched the series you could identify with the characters so much.So I say ALGERNON is the baddest anime villain
