How Do AMV's get Added by Creators that are no longer around

Chaos Angel wrote: Essentially, somebody thought that the way the site worked is that you made entries for videos you liked, not videos you made. Why they thought this, I have no farking clue, but they did. Looks like the same thing happened here. Person thought they were suppposed to enter videos that they liked, not videos that they made.
I was thinking about this the other night, and then the post above reminded me about this. There are some older AMV's I collected, or just AMV's I have not seen listed on the site that I feel are worth noting. I was wondering if there is some way to enter video's into the database for a creator to claim if they come across the site. I thought that was how the "proxy" account thing worked, as someone listed my video on the site under a proxy account, and gave me credit, and then all I had to do was contact Phade and he switched it over for me. I just thought it was cool that someone even took the time to list my work, and I didn't mind at all.
The one thing I wish you could do though, is when he switched the video over I couldn't edit the main title, or uncheck "lip sync" option and a few other various spots I think. It would just be nice to be able to do in the future, because I would like to correct the title it was entered under. I can change the rest of the info for it.
BTW The video I was thinking about that needs to be listed here is a Macross Plus AMV set to "Information High" by Sharon Apple [from the MP OST]. The video has a dedication "To Miya XOXO" something like that. It's just a really good AMV, and one that I really liked when I first started collecting. I tried to make my Macross Plus video, live up to the energy in this AMV. Try to check it out if you get a chance, I bet you can find it on Kazaa. It's about 60-80 MB MPEG if I remember correctly...

For right now it's more of a... "is there a way to do this" post. I'd like to enter that video if there is.

 <--- Tears of joy. I've been looking for this video for over two months. It accidentally got deleted from my collection. But why isn't Information High listed in MaboroshiStudio's profile? Also his site has been down for ages. I want this video in my "Favorite Anime Music Videos" list but it's not listed in the database. I would also like to opinionate it.

I am eventually going to put it on this site... like many other old school creators I have grown tired of this site and have just been busy with life in general hence my website has not been updated for awhile. I want to remaster a lot of my videos to eventually make a dvd and have just recently picked up all of macross plus, but the movie looks like ass... I hate Manga. Anyway, thanks for the props and I will try to add it here soon.
