I've done videos for Titan AE and Samurai Jack. (In fact, my heart skipped a beat when I saw fyrtenheimer's link; alas, that video isn't mine.)

It's not that I'll never make a vid with an anime; I've been working on (but never finishing) a couple of different Tenchi Muyo! ones over the last year, and I did a Shenmue one too, if you count that.

I don't really see that much of a difference between American animation and anime in terms of enjoyability. If you're going to be a hopeless elitist otaku and never watch American animation, you're just missing out on great stuff like X-Men Evolution, Samurai Jack, Whatever Happened to Robot Jones, and Sinbad.

(What? I loved Sinbad! It's Dreamworks' best work!)
