Post by V1pr3X » Mon Aug 11, 2003 11:49 pm

does anybody know which vids were the commercials to Otakon's MST3K event? Also, I never could find the mattress commercial to last year's MS3TK

- Doki's Adult Swim dancing
- "Pokemon Never Die"
- Powerpuff Girls / Matrix Trailer
- Doki's Dub/Sub Switch
- Samurai Jack / Star Wars

And that's in no particular order. In fact, I'm sure it's the WRONG order. There was also, Saturday night, a whole block played of fan parodies / trailers (of which I didn't get to see the whole thing... only up to our own trailer :/).

VegettoEX has them right except for missing one- Alan's (dji) remake of Doki's Adult Swim dance trailer from last year. I think this order is right, and with links where available:

-Doki's Aquaman/NERV Adult Swin dancing bumper (not presently available online to my knowledge)
-Samurai Windu
-Metro's Pokemon Never Die (it's a pity the crowd was laughing so hard during this I don't think they heard the last line, it's classic...)
-Doki's Dub/Sub Switch ad with Nabiki (not available yet)
-Powerpuff Girls: Reloaded
-dji's remake/retake of Doki's Aquaman/NERV Adult Swim dancing bumper (not available online yet)

Only one person has gone to the URL in the video so far. You? :)

And my utterly forgettable "Convention PSA". :)

The inspiration for the video was the last line, and I definitely felt it was the best part of the video. So while I was a little disappointed that audience didn't get to hear the final joke, its hard to complain about the audience cheering too much :P
