Great idea, Otohiko! Sending Betas through IM is a pain the ass.

Or maybe have it up to host videos that the Donut doesn't allow. Such as live-action vids, hentai vids, etc.

One thing I suggest is partitioning the FTP so that a user only has full control over their own videos. And by control, I mean that they can delete their file and replace it with an updated version (as much as the Donut is a godsend, that's one of my big pet peeves about it).

But yeah, I second the using-it-for-beta-viewing motion.

It's only 17MB, so it shouldn't be a problem

Accounts aren't a problem just getting users to want to upload is.

Well, if that's worth anything, I'll keep your server in mind for uploading anything I make in the future, which could be soon. If I do use the space, I'll definitely advertise your server in my forum sig, and help out with whatever else I can.

Also, if live action vids are something you'd be interested in, member ncatalucci has been looking for space to host an 83-meg live action MV. If that's fine with you, I can refer him to ya.

So, keep at it and good luck. Meanwhile, I'll go make some vids...

dam you took my idea!!! I got a Skies of Arcadia vid but due to the graphics engine I can't upload it... also yeah, when I remaster my vids... gah... well till I get to the end.
