Calm down, NDW.

Animnex isn't an official company; they do fansubs. So it's only reasonable to not hire an official editor. I don't see why you're so upset. =\

Besides, I'm sure a lot of creators would appreciate having good access to raw pre-subbed footage and people to give feedback on a video before its' official release...

I'd like to, but I'm about as experienced as [insert appropriate comparison]...
The Birds are using humanity in order to throw something terrifying at this green pig. And then what happens to us all later, that’s simply not important to them…

This makes it sound like a business and yet...they don't get paid. Just get some fancy bumper to put in front of their AMVs. Sounds lame to me, no offense.

I also suggest forming a "studio" with your friends. It seems kind of dumb to form one with random people on the internet and then run it like a business/movie studio.

After all, this is a hobby.

Don't fool yourself it's plenty fair. He said it himself he can't make REALLY good AMVs, so he'll get people to do it for him and get a share of the credit. :?

The only thing I would be down for is acess to raws. I would probably give credit for that, but thats just me.

That's a pretty good idea. I agree.

NicholasDWolfwood - As it says on the site, we just review it, your opinion may differ, no need to be swearing at me...

Punkrocker - Yes, that would be the point

Mr Pilkington - That is not our intention, and it never was... All credit goes toward the actual author of the video, it gets the [AA] label on it since we would be reviewing it and giving feedback to improve BEFORE you release it and get owned.

From this feedback, i think i will end up canceling this whole AMV Studio Thing, i will use the 2 I already have, thanks for the feedback.

Though really i dont understand the whole point of the system, cept of course belonging to a particular group of somewhat experienced creators that may or may not succeed together in the future.

I dunno, tell me what you guys think about this:

I website that follows the big studios and reviews all their AMV's and also will link on there site to the downloads and keep you informed about new releases.

(kinda like animesuki but not for BT and added reviews)

I think it'd be interesting if there was a news site that covered the scene in general (and not just big releases), although I think if such a site is created, it should be integrated with the 'Org. We're all lazy bastards, we don't want two windows open =)
