It was made back in 2001, pre-DivX. Hence the RM.

Incubus is better than the average group. (So is Linkin Park, but at least Incubus isn't so overused.)

However, sometimes you have to look a bit wider, or look back, to find good stuff. For example, my first video (which sucks) is to "Carry On Wayward Son" (by Kansas). The one I'm currently working on (which hopefully won't suck so much) will be to "Better Than I Am", by Three Dead Trolls In A Baggie. Soul Bro Ryu is the king of finding unusual, but good, music for AMVs, though. One day I hope to have a tenth of his talent.

Oh, and by the way, I occasionally listen to pop music. It's great when you need something upbeat but mindless, so you can focus on something more important (like coding). Then again, my definition of 'pop' and yours might disagree.

I don't know if he counts as 'known', really... but he and Chriz the Stampede are the ones that really got me into AMVs. (In other words, blame them.) I know them both from a go club I attend.

How old do you think divx is?
I've got divx 3.11a files (Some being Lord Rae's oddly enough) from May 2001 and I'm sure it had been around for some time before that. Wait a second... that was a 1999 video. Well, that changes everything.
