Hello... I need some suggestions

Post by Stormcrow1971 » Sat Jul 06, 2002 5:46 pm

Hola. I go by Stef. I've got exactly 1 music vid to my name, which I am quite too ashamed to put up on the web anywhere, even if I had the bandwidth.

I'm looking to do a video to MC900 Ft Jesus's "While the city sleeps" If you've never heard it, its a very mellow trippy song about arson. I'm looking for scenes of buildings or cities going up in flame and people slinking through alleys. So far I've considered source material from Cowboy Bebop, Ninja Scroll, Akira... maybe Genocyber... Mostly, I'm looking for suggestions and if possible links to clip sources. Any advice would be helpful.

Thanks. Peace.
Stef

Scryed and Trigun might have some good clips for you.
Computer games don't affect kids. I mean, if Pac Man affected us as kids, we'd all run around in a darkened room, munching pills, and listening to repetitive music~Kristian Wilson, CEO, Nintendo Gaming Corporation

Short scenes like that;

Record of Lodoss War OAVs (when Parn is leaving his house)
Key: The Metal Idol (in the opening and I think later on in the series)
and I think in either the opening to the Kenshin TV series, or in the Kenshin OAVs. I cant remember 100%...

Just look about randomly until you find something that fits. -_-

There's lots of buildings being blown up in Bubblegum Crisis 2040, and at least one that I remember in Tank Police.
