On this forum the only way for a topic to stay on topic is to ignore the flamers - they don't go away, they don't get scolded, they simply continue wherever there is flamable people to direct themselves at.

Talk around them and they'll get bored eventually. As *for* the topic of your thread:

I don't think you can ask for people to rip and give you sound effects, and even if you could, this isn't the place to ask. Unless you're wanting to use them in a multi-editor amv, it would be like asking for downloaded audio - which isn't allowed. Since you said it's just for your site, that's the sort of thing you should ask in the chatroom since we no longer have an OT forum or an 'All About Me' forum. This is for AMV discussion - stick with that.

You want vids? Did you do some searches for the recommended ones? Be sure to ask permission of the creators if you do decide you'd like to host some of the ones on the various lists. You might also try doing actual 'vid searches' - there's a link to that on the Member Main page - do a super search and you'll find plenty of dbz vids. Then it's just a matter of which ones catch your eye.

It would help if you told what *kind* of vids you're looking for. Genre? Characters? If you're wanting the usual dbz action vid, LCX has a new one that was good - probably the best I've seen for the Goku/Vegeta fight. I know another good one for the Frieza/Goku fight, etc. If you're looking for character profiles, there's the classics - Meri's Trunks vid (Traces of Insanity) is on the most reviewed list on the member main page, and DarkKamui's Vegeta profile is probably the most well known for him. Then there's 'Fathers and Sons' which has been on the top 10 list for some time now - definitely a classic as one of the few 'light-hearted' dbz character tributes.

Just look around, or ask for submissions. If you're asking for submissions you definitely want to narrow it down some - genre/filetype/etc. ^_^
