I'm just gonna go ahead and say this because I don't think anyone specified whether it has to be dramatic or not, but Trigun has that one scene of Vash falling between those two buildings? Does that help?

Here's some

Ayashi no Ceres: Aya and Yuuhi falling from the building into a pool, Miyori commiting suicide when she falls from the building

Inu Yasha: Kagome's always falling the well in most episodes

Chobits: Chii falling from the lamp post

Love Hina: Keitaro falls from the roof, well, he fall numerous times in different eps too
