was already plaining to do that.

i just hope the videos are in YUV, but i already know some things about conversion. though xvid uses other fourmulas for compression then mpeg so i was wondering if mpeg 1 was closely related to mpeg 2 in the way of compression. if it is then coverting from 1 to 2 isn't gona to have that much qulity loss. but if its completly differn't then i mite as well go with the xvid cuzz to me it looks like more qulity. thats what i was asking
MPEG1 < MPEG2. Your best hope is to find XviD that's as close to DVD-resolution (720x480) as possible, because if you're converting MPEG1 to 2 it's going to look horrible.

There's no point in releasing the dvd image on BT if all the videos can be downloaded here.

I guess I'll try whoring my own video out. If you want an example of a good first video there's always mine. I've been told 20 plus times it was really good. (Opinions):

You can either take that one or not, it won't bother me either way. :P

I'll help pimp Brolly's video. It was really good, especially for a first vid.
