Ok. So I've got a server on my computer, and going through all the methods to get to me, you'll end up at my machine on a web server. Now, I need a Domain. Just a domain. The server is here, but you can only connect to it through a Static IP (Yes, this will become permenent soon). So, where can I get one, for not alot of money and can program where it leads myself?

That's your project file, not an actual video file.
There should be an option somewhere to "Export Movie..." or something similar. I suggest following the steps here:

.MSWMM is the file extension for the project file of Windows Movie Maker.
If you want to create a video file of your project, you have to export it.

There's still an option on the File menu called "Save Movie" or "Export Movie" or something like that, isn't there? Select that, follow the instructions until you get to the export options screen that has a bunch of possible formats including "Other", then select "DV AVI (NTSC)" (unless you're in PAL-land) from the Other list. Then take it from "Using the DV file" on that same guide page.
