Actually I think it is allowed. If it's DBZ, it's generally not that explicit even where there is blood (no exposed organs). I'm fairly certain I've seen videos on Local with similar, or worse, footage.

That's DB, not DBZ.

You can upload the vid. If they allow Berserk action vids, they'll allow innocent DBZ violence.
