It supposedly has Berserk.

If you watched the video and it barely has any Berserk in it - put a message in the Mod Drop Box, and it will be removed.

People still accidentally (or in sadder cases, purposely) upload their non-anime videos on here. The mods delete them as they find them, whether it's on their own or if people report them in the Mod Box.

It's a case-by-case concept.

So, basically this AMV shouldn't be allowed (besides the fact that it's not an AMV) because he obviously downloaded AVP which is illegal...well, it was illegal to make a copy of it anyways.
