Can you send in a video made with Windows Movie Maker?

Send it in where? If you mean to this site, yeah, lots of people make videos with WMM.

If you mean to a contest, well, it depends on that contests particular rules. I don't think many of them accept .wmv format videos.

Usually at the end of the submission or requesting a video upload AMV will give you a password and username for your FTP space for that video.

Other times the site asks you for blood, so open up your pc's case and scratch your hand around for a few seconds.
