2) Work the footage around. Censorship. Make it appropriate. Then upload onto local server.

As far as I know, the Kenshin ovas are fine. I don't think anyone has ever had a video deleted for using the 'violence' in those anime. It's one of those 'violent but not extreme' anime.

Still, if the entire video is just a cap of all the blood you can fit into 4 minutes, you might not want to upload it to local. Just to be safe.

I'd have to assume the Kenshin OVAs are fine because I used Berserk for my video and I haven't gotten any complaints. And Berserk makes the Kenshin look like a watered down telletubbies episode.

You know, it is possible to use Rurouni Kenshin WITHOUT using all the blood and gore. Ever the OAV has a couple minutes without gore that could be used.
