Great Idea

Post by Brainiac90 » Thu May 05, 2005 9:35 am

Great Idea, you might even have an online competition. Have all the competitors send the info to a thread the day of the comp that way you could have a couple of people that aren't competing watch and judge the movies. I think it would be alot easier than driving half way across the country.

It would, the problem would be then enforcing the using the footage of those you beat as you go. Because then you'd have to provide all the footage for them which not only violates site rules but it would be murder to rip that many shows to begin with.

I had an idea for an International Iron Chef tournament in 2006, in honor of the World Cup. Slightly more doable, the question is how are country representatives determined...

Would your idea involve substantial amounts of profanity and sexual harassment, as per popular accounts of Anime Boston's Iron Editor events?

Or were those just flukes?

Add a post-victory riot and it'll actually be somewhat close to the World Cup itself ;-)

Although '05 was significantly cleaner than '04, in our defense.

That's not much of a defense. Quu never had trouble keeping Iron Chef events clean from the start...

Oh well. This isn't the place to argue about AB.
