There aren't a great number of other female editors in my list of personal favorites (which, as others have said, can probably be partially attributed to the lower percentage of female editors). The ones that are, however, include SarahTheBoring, Ryouko, BishounenStalker, and LadyDX.

if youre looking for more talented female editors, in addition to those mentioned, i'd recommend: cailet730, jasper-isis, songbird21, himiko, trunkims, and cyanna.

I actually thought there was about an even amount of each gender around here. I think there's more females than males on my list actually:

Male or female, it doesn't matter the gender really when it comes to being a good amv creator. Well, maybe except that most female anime fans I know hate dragon balls, this would give them an advantage.
I've never checked whether the creators of my favorite vids were males or females, just their talent and skills used.

Now on a social scale, a reason why there are so less females than males on the site (creator and viewers) is that it is more socially accepted for males than females to spend time on the computer playing games, and surfing net than it is for women. In my surroundings, most males have access to a computer, and use it primarily for graphic designing, gaming, and general internet use (news, forums, hobby, etc.), while females that have a computer use it for word processing, chatting and email.

I havent either checked are the creator's of my favourite AMV's male or female's, but I think there's more male's. Girl's use the net for chatting and that kind of stuff when boys do all the rest, like play games, surf the forum's and thing's like this, do AMV's or something else on the comp.

Though Im a girl and Im here, so who knows..

But one things for sure, I dont care which gender the greator is, the quality of the video is the only thing that matters.

Let me see... There are 6 girls in my top ten, one who is listed twice. That makes me seem to have a preference for female editors. But out of 61 favorite vids, I only have about 24 female names (that I'm sure are girls).

Then again, I have dbz vids on my list and girls don't make vids with that anime, so that could explain the guys showing up there.
