I would say Trigun or Bleach.
I did an AMV with this song earlier with Naruto and it didn't end up too well, so ehm, don't use Naruto.

yeah trigun is pobably the best choice, bleach just wouldnt work and witch hunter robin is dark but not the perfect match for the song, so i second trigun.
