well for the song, I think A good one could be
teenage dirtbag, by Weetus. I'm not sure if the person who sings it is female or not, but they sound a little feminine and the song is .... well just look it up...it would definitely work. as for the anime, I'd say Mitsune from Love Hina is fairly Perverted, as well as Haruko or any other chick from FLCL, and Ryoko from Tenchi Muyo( she seems to hit on him alot, although, I don't really follow the stroyline). And Just cause she's naked, I guess naruto's Sexy no jutsu would work. i wish you luck!
