Suncoast has a very large selection of anime, both new or used. They sell manga and action figures/toys/posters/etc. as well. Game Stop has some anime, a lot of it used as does Wherehouse Music. Most Barnes and Noble's have huge manga sections nowadays.
If you're looking online there is no shortage of anime at ebay. Netflix has a good selection (and it's a good deal of AMV makers who only need the DVDs long enough to rip them). And Robert's Anime Corner Store (www.animecornerstore.com/ ) Has just about anything that you could need as far as anime and manga go.

DO NOT BUY ANIME FROM EBAY. IT IS ALL BOOTLEGS.
Honestly, I don't see how you can even have the need to ask this question. There's a huge multitude of places from which to obtain anime:
Stores

Media Play
Sam Goody
Best Buy
Online
AnimeNation http://www.animenation.net
Anime Corner http://www.animecorner.com

AND MANY, MANY MORE

FYI, they're called DVDs, not movies. That's just a stupid generic term for anything released on DVD. It's like saying "Let's go watch the Samurai Champloo movie," when you're really watching a bunch of episodes.
