I personally think, that it would be difficult with Saikano.

Spoiler!!! Just in the 12th or 13th episode the main characters have sex. These scenes aren't fiery at all and I don't think it will be possible to stretch these scenes to a minute of material. End of spoiler

Saikano has the scenes you could use for the rest of your concept, no doubt about that, but if you want to hear my opinion, I wouldn't use a sex-scene which is that long in a romance video, especially not in the beginning. To my mind it destroys the mood. Do it like af_Asagaru in his Kimi ga nozu me eien video.
