I've got a couple ideas for AMVs that I got all at once, and I'd like some help filtering through them and figuring out which I should do first, which should be kept on a back burner, and which should be dropped altogether.

A quick search shot down my ideas for putting the Evanescence song Tourniquet to Angel Sanctuary (pity; I'd been meaning to do that one since long before anything went up, because I remember running a first check and finding nothing on it), and my idea to put the Fear Factory song Archetype to Ghost in the Shell (but that was an off-the-cuff idea, and considering the pop levels of both elements, I guess I'm not surprised to find that idea done).

Now, my options for priority are down to an Evangelion video (yes, another one, but hear me out) set to Shinedown's Better Version, that narrows the scope down to the interactions of the Rei clones (so that would be a dramatic video), and one setting scenes featuring Kaneda from Akira to BobaFlex's Guns Ablazin' (so an action video with a cerebral twist).

Any input?

ALthough a lot of people complain about Linkin Park or Evanessance, they are rather easy to use and quite popular, so it makes some sense. Also I recently suggested ozzy to Gunslinger Girls and asked for an opinion, but have heard nothing yet. At least another Linkin Park would have been bashed. I still will go forward with my idea, but having some kind of backing/encouragement/advice would have been great. Whatever.

Instead of looking for a relatively recent song, try backtracking a couple decades, or check a different genre of music.

Heck you'd be suprised the ideas you get by blowing the dust off & playing some old tapes.

Whatever you do dont use Linkin Park! agh! I am so sick of those amvs. Use anything else but please O please don't use Linkin Park! Maybe something from the early ninties?
