hehe, well I've already got an anime in mind - I don't know why this got switched to the AMV suggestions portion of the board. I'm currently just looking for music (hence why I originally posted this in the Music section).

Anyway, anyone else know of a good song?

From a female point of view, one of the most romantic-mood-setting songs (from experience) is "Unanswered Prayers" by Garth Brooks. Granted, in the song he is looking back, but MAN, that song is better than a chick-flick to get things rolling.... ;)

Garth Brooks??? Country Music? uggh! :) J/K

hmm, must ask around my friends if anyone has this song. Would hate to buy it and finding otu I just hated the song... hehehe

so i geuss "scotty doesn't know" is out huh?
alright now, real suggestions
- When doves cry - I don't know the band name, but the one from the Romeo & Juliet movie (the one with decrappio) would work pretty well
-Dirty Little Secret - all american rejects
-helena- my chemical romance (I understand that this is about a dead girl, but it could work)
-all the things she said- by tatu

sorry if this isn't much help, as your standard clueless guy I don't come with any idea what-so-ever of what girls like, want, need, or get offended by. I'll ask my younger sister if she has anything remotely related to your request.

"The Boy Is Mine" by Brandy (featuring Monica)

Also, although these two are kinda spiteful and jealousy-filled:

"Ugly Girl" by Fleming and John
"You Oughta Know" by Alanis Morissette

hehe, I think I know the Brandy/Monica one, and I don't think that one will work. The Alanis is a bit too in your face for a romance vid. I don't know the Ugly Girl song at all... but by the title, it may not be appropriate either :)

I was thinking about 'Tenderness' by General Public... but I think I gotta listen to it a bit more...
