Thanks guys, to everyone. I really appreciate your answers to this argument, and I think that you all mostly hit the target, for example, I didn't thought before about what Frachan said, and probably he's right, since Advent Children is a single movie, having used it already probably this feeling is created also by the fact that actually there aren't many others serious concepts to create on it. By the way, I really thank everyone for his/her words, I really appreciated your thoughts, it's always great to hear them, in any case. ;O

Stopped by? Haha, it sounds like it was just a drive away, like the local Video Ezy rental place isProdigi wrote:count me as a fool too ^_^
My brother stopped by in Japan recently and i got him to grab me an original Japanese copy.
Trouble with overused anime is more than likely, the concept you're trying to go for might have been done already, and the other issue then is actually sifting through the multitude of mediocre videos just to get to that video which matches what you wanted to begin with (I personally try to edit when I really don't have the particular idea/combination I've envisioned made into reality yet, emphasis on the word try ).

But yeh using an overused anime doesn't really matter that much, as long as you have a nice solid concept
*points at Castor Troy's "Naruto Ball Z"* I give you exhibit A.

The problem is that most of the site users pend to much on originality and the concept... having no vids loaded myself * havent had the internet to load them up for a while * I have the fear of uploading something Ive made for the fact that it'll get eaten up just because it uses an overused anime... Ive seen so many great videos fall because * ive seen this animne one to many times* In all honesty an overused anime shouldnt be shot down just because of its popularity... Since when was making vids for popularity? but in all actuallity though... ive stopped half way through a vid cause i thought it wasnt origianl and used an overused anime... I regret it though.
All in all I guess it depends on what kind of person you are... I could see DBZ/Linkin all day as long as the vids were good and not just Music - randomness ... Just my personal Opinion though..

I agree with you there. I know a video that used Final Fantasy X (on the most used anime list) and the dreaded "Bring Me To Life" by Evanescence (on the most used music list) and yet it was a brilliant video, and i still have it in my collection, since downloading it almost 2 years ago.[Dookie] wrote:All in all I guess it depends on what kind of person you are...
