Looking for anime with an affair......

I'm trying to find anime in which an affair takes place. The man needs to be cheating on the woman, and she needs to be with him when she finds out and it needs to be nighttime or if possible raining when it happens. She needs to be enraged or break down or some time of huge emotion. Even better would be an anime which shows her pacing the room/waiting by the phone for him to call while he's out with the other woman. Like I said, rain and nighttime would be a huge bonus.

Any ideas?

I am 100% sure that this is NOT what you are looking for, but you could string something together with Urusei Yatsura.

There's something like that in Fushigi Yuugi. It's the best that I can think of. I don't think that there are any phones in the anime though.

The obvious choice would be to turn to some Hentai titles. Unfortunatenly, I can't help you there.

Kimi ga Nozomu Eien might work since there's quite of bit of lies, treachery, and betrayal. It might not have the exact scenes, but the actions should be present.

This may also turn into a betrayal by loved ones video, I'd love to hear more ideas of anime in which lovers are cheated on. The emotional aspect which this creates is what I'm really trying to capture.

Any more ideas?

An affair is a very specific type of betrayal. If you are looking for generic betrayal, I think that just about every anime has at least one instance of character betrayal--small or large. It's what makes anime anime, and not American cartoons. If you're looking for strong emotional scenes, you could also look for the after-effects of brooding characters after a death, a murder, or during a funeral. There are even a few unrequited love senes that I can think of that are downright tragic.

Give me some some more specifics as to what you are trying to accomplish. I think I can help you out here.

While the whole "affair" thing would be disputable, you could possibly use some scenes from Love Hina. There are some decent rain and nighttime scenes, even if Keitaro's not really with any of the girls...

Thanks for the help. The song I'm using is [u]Thunder Rolls[/u] by Garth Brooks. It's about a woman waiting during a lightning storm for her man to come home, hoping and praying that the storm is what's keeping him. When he arrives, she runs out to meet him and smells another woman's perfume on him and realizes he's been with another woman. I thought I would use anime with an affair, but I decided the vid would be better represented through a collaboration of animes which portray such emotional betrayal. Make sense?

I just checked out the lyrics to the song, but I haven't listened to the song. I'm not a huge Country fan, though Country's not as bad as I once thought it was.

If you want to do a 1 anime AMV, I'd say to go with Monster. I'm fairly certain that you can find several instances of every scene that you'd be looking for with Monster alone. It is a 72 episode series.

If you want to do a multi-anime AMV, I'd say to go with Honey and Clover, Beck, and Paradise Kiss.

These are all animes with a modern day setting.
