Over ten thousand AMVs submitted for Naruto!

A great day for me! ^o^ It's cool to find out that Naruto has gotten over 10,000 submissions of AMVs to the org. It's impressive knowing that the anime has been out for a lot less time than most of the anime before it yet percentage wise it has 70% more of videos made than each other anime listed before it except DBZ and Inu but they've been out in America for a lot more time than Naruto.. Naruto came out last year in September. It's gotten over 10,000 submissions as of today. There is no place to submit interesting news besides the org main page and members main page so thought I'd submit that interesting piece of information here. Might get locked because it doesn't strike much of a conversation..(then again..) so meh, I don't care as long as I got the info out there.

for all the naruto-angsty punk music videos that reached the top 10 i was never really struck by any of them. they had nice effects and good timing and concept etc., but just never could hold my attention.

on the other hand, the comedy ones i've liked.

You mean like the ones from mckeed? I haven't seen many funny ones except for mckeeds and that Ninja of the Night video. If you know of any good comedy ones besides those ones let me know. ^_^

The Naruto anime came out in 2002.

I'm talking about Narutos US Broadcast. And the DVDs came out months later out that. I'm not talking about when it came out in Japan

Naruto is stuipdly and horrifically popular. This is not news. And it has been discussed elsewhere. Therefore this post is pointless.

so I only expect such things. No place for news of things going on in the org.. only mods/admins could submit such things.
