I'm thinking about including some bits from Gawl. Gawl isn't badass, but his generator form is, and the series also has a few nice energy effects.

I have not seen Hellsing or Vamp Hunter D, though I plan to fix that.

Freak and Got the life are out. I was thinking more along the lines of Reclaim my place.

Alucard ditches his hat in the last episode, so u might be interested in that. unless u generally have a thing against guys wearing them.

Nah, I think Alucard looks ghey in the last episode. I'm talking about in the first few episodes when he's all bishounen-like. Kinda reminds me of Legato like that.

hey rozard may have stumbled on something ... Legato .. sorta gothic, has an aura of death, all who crosses him, or just generally pisses him off ends up being impaled by one of their own limbs .. thats the good shizzy.

Keitro's sister from Love Hina Again is a goth,
Vampire Princess Miyu, the demon lava runs around with a death scythe a bit of the time the rest of the time he uses his hand to generally decapitiate people.
Hellsing's alcaurd is definately a must thats for sure.
X TV, i don't know if its total goth, but it has a dark sort of a feel to it from time to time, it just might be the empending doom that it creates.
Boogiepop phantom would be another one you could use.

What series is Legato from? Miyu? X TV?

Legato's from Trigun. he appears in the 12th episode, and he's the guy with the greyish hair and white coat.

Vampire Princess Miyu TV- the character is Lava, he's in most the eps as he is the chicks companion bound by blood and defeat
I have the dvds, i would lend you, but i don't live anywhere near 7 circles...
Boogiepop Phantom i have on DVD aswell..
that whole series is dark and twisted.
