I think that if there's a lot of Trigun AMVs, then it's as Sarah said. The series has multiple levels and can work for many types of videos. Plus the characters are very well developed, very real, and bond very strongly with the viewer. That helps the inspiration factor as well, I'm sure.

Even though they have quite a few games, it can't have so many diverse cut scenes to make the number of AMVs I've seen.
It doesn't. It's hard as hell making an interesting video out of most games, because they don't show 90% of the scenes in the story (unless we're talking Xenosaga). And uh, in my estimation *cough*a lot of those videos are pretty much interchangeable with each other*cough* (Not that I'm innocent myself; my second vid - which I don't have up for download anymore - is yet another of them.)

The statistics are bs, I estimated. Actually, they weren't as inaccurate as they seem, but I didn't bother counting to check. I'm basing it off what I've seen. Count it yourself to find the real ratio, the point has been made regardless.

I don't use kazaa, I see no real purpose to it beyond scamming Teh Man.

ok
dbz = 300+eps...take out the season it takes for a single fight and you would end up with around 25 or so eps...

trigun = cleaner animation, non-multi episode fights(to the likes of dbz anyways). trigun also has chars that are easier to like...

just because a series is long doesn't mean it is good

True, but it helps when making an AMV. Ever tried making a Dragon Half AMV?
As for Kazaa, I only download things that can't be bought.

I got Dragon Half at a Best Buy about 2 months ago and at a hell of a price I might add. (15$)

Plus like AbsoluteDestiny was pointing out, various online stores might also help meet your anime needs.

:? This is what happens when I try to respond to two people at once. No, I have Dragon Half on DVD, I was just saying that Dragon Half is a short series as an example. I also mentioned only downloading things you can't buy, namely AMVs. Two mostly unrelated notes.
But I bought Dragon Half for a whopping $25! *sweatdrop* I need to shop around more before laying down my cash...
