The Best Anime Villian?

I think the best anime villian is ALGERNON in betterman.Well it is a virus more than anything else,but it caused some serious hell on earth times for Betterman and crew.Algernon almost wiped out all of Akumatsu industries in the final episodes. It killed Kiyade and Sho,who were to be together.It killed the scientist lady,and most of the others like betterman also.I was almost in tears neat the end because if you watched the series you could identify with the characters so much.So I say ALGERNON is the baddest anime villain

Well, I'd have to go with Legatto... or maybe Fuma from the X series, its hard to beat someone who'll kill his own sister just to torment his best friend.

Well, I'd say Dilandau, but since there seems to be a few argument, the first thing that comes to mind is Kuja from FFIX. I did a character profile on him and his evilness for my first Real AMV, And damn, for the crappy editing and video quality, you can tell it doesn't matter because from the ops I've got... The evil just oozes from the AMV into you and makes you feel all weird inside....... Or maybe that's just because the music is "Freak On a Leash" by KoRn..

....Gah, this turned into a self promotion! I didn't mean it to be like that! ><;;

Anyway, yeah. Dilandau from Escaflowne, or Kuja from FFIX.

My personal favorite villains are Utena's Akio and Fushigi Yuugi's Nakago - they have so much _style_ ^_^ I'm making a video including Nakago at the moment and there's almost too much good footage of him to choose from, since he's a major character on 5 of the 6 FY DVDs.

i think no-one has yet mentioned one of the most mysterous baddies...legato from trigun though hes not the main enemy, he is a definate candidate...but im making an amv using him already =\

I know this is a non-anime one, but... Sephiroth. C'mon, people, he's not just cool but also he is a very, very nasty guy with a great aura of viciouness about him. If only there were enough footage from FFVII to do a good video... Kuja is nothing more than a pale imitation of the greatest villain in any video game.

From anime, I'd have to say that I can't think of any really good villain videos... :\ Nothing comes to mind, anyway. Although I do agree that Legato is a good villain, I think that what he does (pyschic powers and so on) wouldn't come across on an AMV.

Psh! Kuja's evil because he's evil.. Which makes im, well, evil. Sephiroth actually has reasons for doing the things he does. He blieves it's right thing to do. Kuja is just being evil because he wants to be. Therefore, Kuja's the greatest FF Villian.

What are you talking about? We all know that Zemus is the most evil of evil Final Fansty Villians! He's pure hatred nothing beats that! Except for a little band of good doers at level 70 or so...
