Yes, your best bet is to buy the dvds. But you could also try going into a group project with someone who has the dvds for the section you're missing. That's perfectly legit, and you'll have much better quality than anything...unethical. ^_^;; I know I'm always looking for a nice Vegeta tribute, so if you decide to try a joint project (dvd rips only), just ask for anyone interested in that. Don't ask for footage, ask for someone with the dvds who would be interested in joining up to make the vid. I'd offer, but I doubt I have the dvds you're looking for since my dbz collection is rather limited.
