Umm... didn't we already establish this? Months ago.el_farlo wrote:i have a semi-feasable(sp?) explanation of retirement for all the people in search of caldwell...
*tries to make sense*
I believe that caldwell is like kurt cobain in a way...he loved what he made, but hated the attention that it brought him...so he retired.
well at least thats my theory.

I don't mean to be a troll, but isn't this going <UNDERSTATEMENT>just a little</UNDERSTATEMENT> too far? I would just like voice two opinions and if you don't agree that's fine by me.
1. KC made a standard for AMV's when there was none with his videos. They were great for their time. They are still great now, but things have progressed since then in the AMV world.
Bottom line: His videos are overhyped.
2. There are plenty of great editors in the AMV world that have been making videos longer than KC and better videos than KC. Why doesn't anyone go worship them? Does noone care that Phade is running the ORG? Does noone care about those organizing events and holding the comunity together? It just seems like we should be more concerned with giving cretid/praise the people that are doing more for the comunity than some guy who made a few videos ( a few revolutionary videos, but just videos.) and then left.
Bottom line: There are better people to be obsessed about than him, move on.

No Problem, I'm getting moved to Elmendorf at the end of the month (w00t! Home here I come!), but you should try to make it to Jacon next spring, most of the La Familia con-crew will be there.Corran Productions wrote:Tomorrow(Today, I should probally go to sleep now...) is my last day of RAP. Wow I didn't think anyone would remember me. Thanks for the advice you gave me. It came in handy.
