However, the probability of including them in a random sample is fairly low.trythil wrote:However, there exists at least one person in the set of all people for which resistance to nerd puns is futile.Kai Stromler wrote:be careful...most people have very low capacitance for nerd puns.trythil wrote: I guess math jokes just approach the limit of people's tolerance for humor.

You'd be better off sticking to sarcasm and discrete ribbing rather than joining questionably humorous elements into complex statements.

Shin Hatsubai is a Premiere-free studio. Insomni-Ack is habitually worthless.

But hold one a minute, I have to question how making a Music Video with a major company can have negative connotations. Tell me exactly what the difference is in making a AMV for a company to sell to a mass market and making a AMV for the purpose of winning a award at a convention where there is more chances of winning if you did it to a preset format then something less Orthodox.DJ_Izumi wrote:Excluding Kusoyaro and AbsoluteDestiny, who sold out to ADV.Otohiko wrote:I don't know. If you ask me, a lot of people have this 'indie' thing going - keeping off promotions etc.,
And ErMaC is selling a DVD of his AMVs. (There HAS to be a legal issue there.)
Probabbly others too.
Also what about the guidelines for this site the each member has to follow to make use of the local server? How is that not “selling out”? Each could spent there own money to buy a hosting site for distribution. But there is the fact that not everyone has the means to do this. This same goes with working with a company over starting your own.
When ever in doubt about getting a bad review remember these words; Shut up and make it better.
