As for the topic, I don't have a list of requirements. But I will say, I prefer to download a vid that actually *describes* the vid in the vid description. I don't mean 'it's fast, or it's 'this' fight', or it's cool, I mean a description that tells me what the vid is about. If it's a certain fight (which many dbz vids are), I want to know what makes it different from other vids featuring that fight. If it's a tribute to a character, I want to know the 'take' on it, the angle - what makes it different from the others, what is the story.

That's all I need to watch something - I just want to know what I'll be getting. It's much better than a vid that says "uses this anime, this song, and was edited with this, that, this, etc" as if the story isn't important.

But then, I've seen good vids that had *no* vid descriptions at all. So I guess that's no reflection of quality.
