Don't forget the harem anime!
There's actually a genre of anime called "harem" anime. One has already been mentioned: "Ah! My Goddess". Others would include "Tenchi" and "Love Hina".
Another genre that fits would be the "magical girl" anime. This includes "Sailor Moon" and "Magic Knight Rayearth", of course, but you could include some of the parodies as well, such as "Puni Puni Poemy" and "Magical Girl Pretty Sammy" (a.k.a "Magical Project S", a spin-off of "Tenchi"). Whether "Magic Users' Club" fits this genre or not, it would also work with its own share of fan service.
I don't know if "Ranma 1/2" fits the harem genre, but it certainly has its share of girls, too. Another Rumiko Takahashi entry that would work is "Urusei Yatsura". (Sometimes I think she should have a genre all her own.)
"Bubblegum Crisis" and "Bubblegum Crisis 2040" and the other "girls with guns" anime (such as "Dirty Pair" and its spin-offs, which have already been mentioned) also contribute.
As Sarah pointed out, you need to be more specific. I don't know of any site that lists anime by their "genres", but every anime out there is likely to have girls in it because that tends to be a pretty common element in most anime.
If you're looking down the avenue I expect, try polling people for the guys that have real nosebleed (or similar) problems.
