I've heard the terms "facefault", "facevault", and "pratfall" all used, if that helps.

If you're still looking for anime, here are some suggestions:

I haven't watched it in some time but I think Trigun has a bit of slapstick in the early episodes. My nephew tells me Happy Lesson first season has a lot of fall down stuff. Magical Shopping Arcade Abenobashi has some falling, and there's only 13 episodes to look through.

Lol, Kenshin's got a lot of either falling-on-head or getting-hit-on-head slapstick shots. I think Slayers has its fair share too.

I'd have to agree with Shada. Kenshin and Slayers contain a good number of whams. Of course, in Inuyasha, Kagome slams Inu into the ground about every other ep with her "SIT!" command. Would that work?
