I did a video to prokofiev's Dance of the Knights once (left sig), once, which is very similar to Peter and the Wolf. The main problem was the multitude of instruments to sync to. There's not really one melody to sync to, like there is with your standard pop song, all melodies take the focus from time to time. You should also make sure you have a source with plenty of action. GitS was horribly disappointing in actiony moments, which is very limiting in what you can do.

I wouldn't do it on your own. This kind of music requires a lot of attention to detail to edit to, and I can't imagine maintaining that kind of concentration for 25 minutes. A multi-editor project would be be very cool indeed (though you're probably gonna have to let the editors pick their own anime). [/i]
