Well there's always the concert scenes in 'Macross: Do You Remember Love?' (the series as well, but the movie has the better quality animation here)

Chance Pop Secession (sp?) has some stage scenes I am sure o.0 its about pop singers. I only got as far as the first disc so i cant tell you beyond that plus I havent watched it in a LONG time.

Full Moon Wo Sagashite is also about a popsinger I know I have seen scenes where she has stage lighting but I havent seen it all the way through o.0

I think it's one of the OVAs that Jaddzia's referring to, but I've only seen one of them so I'm not sure. I'll see if my fiance has the one I'm thinking of; unfortunately all his Ranma is on VHS so it'd just be checking for reference and not any actual footage.
