I know one of mine is on there, but the guy gave me credit, so I'm cool with that. If I find someone that claims that the video is theirs, then I will have a problem.

A few things to concider, the more the music industry is allerted to these videos the sooner thy come down on us. Youtube isn't the real offender, the person uploading your video and taking credit is the jerk. Youtube probably does things this way or they would have all kinds of trouble with people claiming things. Besides they don't allow downloads and they use a crappy macromedia player format.

I think your best recourse would be to leave a comment, a bit of sarcasm thanking him for putting your video on the site and telling people if they want to download the origional to come to a-m-v.org.
Where did you say I'm going?.... And what am I doing in a handbasket?

Come and join us on the tiny but fun forum at http://www.allanime.org

That's interesting...they only had my Dark Legacy & SHELLSHOCK videos on there. No surprise since Kamelot and Nightwish are both popular bands. They didn't make any attempts to remove the bumper credits so I don't see how anybody can take credit for it. Somebody uploaded it there, sure ... so what. I know a few people who've asked me where they can see these videos without joining the ORG ~ and now they can. Yeah, quality sucks, but they get the idea.

I agree the over abundance of exposure may seem like walking a legal tightrope that's set on fire. But at the same time I'm not surprised.

I kind of like that idea. :)

(I'm very much amused that <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch.php?v=7Zsz ... aka">"Waka Laka (for Osaka)"</a> now has over 36,000 hits on YouTube, way more than any other AMV I've seen there... )
those poor noobs o.0 that quality is TERRIBLE.....

Oh, it's a good thing nobody gives dick about my videos ;p (local slang ;p), I'd be INCREDIBLY flattered if I did see one up there though... annoyed if somebody tried to highjack my credit though, but not terribly annoyed. not like the credits worth anything.

About Evanesance.... yea, that's what I'd use if I wanted to make an Evanesance or Creed video. You can't download them, so they can't punish them for the same reason they punished the org. It's still shareing without a license though -_-.

I can't fathom how much bandwidth Youtube uses doing buisness that way!! Even the org has to turn to adds.

At least we get to keep the quality that the creator intended. Youtube is majorly downgraded in that department, so no skin off my back. *goes to see if his are there*

I found that my Pretear "Youv'e got a way" amv is on there. Didn't even credit me just said amv about Himeno and friends it's just dedicated to Himeno and Hayate. lol.

I'm not really worried about it being on there but I'm still kind of mad about it.

Not anymore.

Personally, I don't mind my videos being uploaded to youtube. Er....video. Heh, I don't think anyone would claim it as their own, lest they suffer the wrath of teh FMA fanboys/girls.....

Quoted from a youtube comment: "*twitch*twitch* omg omg omg scarey.....if I knew who made this I would...cement there feet to a pile of bricks and throw them in lake supirior...and watch them drown while laughing histerectly...then I woiuld burn their house down....then I would kill whoever enjoyed this video......EW....>< "

I have found 3 of my vids on here. My video: DNAngel-"Crazy For This Girl", Ayashi No Ceres-"Feel For You" and My newest one I had uploaded which is Chrono Crusade-"Addicted" Now I don't have a problem with my Ayashi No Ceres one because it sucks to me, but the DNAngel and Chrono Crusade ones I have a problem with, although they didn't take credit for it because it still has my bumpers at the ending, but still those two music videos are my favorite ones and I would like to keep them on this site and not have them on any other site especially with them having my sn on them as well along with my username for this site. Well now that I think about it, it will give me more exposure of me having people come to this site and download my other music videos?

Well there is no way anybody can credit my music videos saying that its theirs because of my bumpers. So I shouldn't worry about it although it does sort of make me mad that my newest uploaded music video is on that site. I am sure there are other people that are upset about this as I am? even though there is nothing we can do about it except join the site and ask the people that put our music videos on it to ask them to remove it from the site, but I doubt they will even reply or anything. This whole finding other music videos on this site, makes me think that newbies had to this trend on putting mvs on that site. Well I guess we can say that they are fans of us amv makers. lol.
