Xvid about 50 megs if that if compressed right and keeping the quality nice...
Youtube.. crap... you might as well convert your video to a gif file and post it on YTMND.com...
Use Xvid.. compress it at high kbps, keep the quatisizer thingy low (1.5-3) and dont forget... for the love of god.. Compress the audio with lame mp3... even at a high bitrate your not losing too much quality.. and dropping the size by a lot..
your choice, but you should consult the guides on this site before making any decisions.. even the one about breathing..
