RahXephon has some good moments like that, can't give specific episodes though

Ah My Goddess (TV), really becomes apparent when Urd shows up

I think there was a scene in the first episode of Devil Hunter Yohko...but that may be a bit too graphic

I suggest you watch LOVE HINA:AGAIN Its like 6 episodes but the one episode the main characters sister trys to make herself like other characters and she feels up one of them and rubs off another... Its good stuff.. not hentai either...

elfen lied has alot of that i mean theres a seen where a father is looking at his 10 yr old naked and another seen where the girls rubbin up on the guy and then theres a doctor that tries to rape the main char. theres too much in there check it for yourself
