Free music, get a cable from Radio Shack and hook your radio to the line in on your computer and record some. Better yet, ask for some cds for Christmas.
Never ask for info on downloading, this is THE unforgivable sin, you will have vodoo hexs placed on your head, or worse.
Buy, rent, borrow from friends, if you have friends with anime they may rip the clips you need for you. I know this can be an expensive hobby so you may have to work with what you have available.
