If he has DIALUP and can't download fansubs... I highly doubt he can download HD fansubs...

One of these days a decent editor should make a new video using nothing but clips from others AMVs. The uproar would be amusing. Especially if the video was better than it's source.

no worries i have a few dvds i have in mind (make good use of them before i sell them for store credit for FF12) i can use, but again if i can't get a hold of the anime, ill ask them if i can use said footage. if they said no, that's cool too.

If you don't have enough source footage, create your own. With all the open source and free software software available, you just need some creativity and knowledge.

Furthermore, since the requirements stand as having at least 50%+ anime in your amv, if you take an average 3 minute music track, you only need around 1:30minutes worth of anime.
