Strictly speaking, it's attribution in the manner specified by
the author. Suffice then to explicitly say that no attribution is

I was counting all the songs and anime used as individual sources (though I didnt really "count". Just a guesstimation)

Well This is kinda off-topic but w/e... I just found out about Sigur Rós thanks to this thread which I read about 2 days ago and whoa, Thanks a lot.. I really like their stuff so yeah I really hope more people start using their songs for AMV's or at least some other projects..

I'm not a lawyer, but I don't think it's totally legal.

The only objects in that opening that I did not create from scratch were the images of Haruka. They aren't directly from Noein, as they were redrawn by me, but I think that might put it into the fanart arena, and I am not familiar with the legality of that.

Pessimistic answer: No, it's not legal, because it's an unauthorized derivative work of Noein.

Real answer: I have no idea.
