I don't think any domain expressly allows for that. They might have an "ignorance is bliss" mentality about proving services, but to have "you can host copyrighted material here" as part of the ToS is the same as saying "I want to be fined / thrown in jail please."

Hmm, i believe hosting services in norway or sweeden (not sure) allows the sharing of material which is copyrighted, which is also the reason that most torrent services is located around there.

Cost to make a website, not much.

Cost to maintain a website, not much.

Cost to pay for all the bandwidth from downloads if your website actually doesn't suck, actually has something worth downloading, and gets a lot of downloading...... oh boy are you going to need a lot of cash.

Stick to making a free website on a service that offers em free, then mention here, donate some cash to the site and let everyone get their needs met here.

Or you can always just consider boochsack your website

how much space you need for your web site, if you want to upload video or songs then for these you have needs large space, which is not free , but if you need limited space , then there are some web hosting sites who provide the web space on free of cost , but the size of space is limited.
