Kanon, there's one scene for every time Yuuichi meets a girl. He didn't cheat any of them...or yes? O_O I mean, he just went out with evey girl but the otheres were still there. Maybe you can fit it with a little scene amnipulation.

Btw, there're 4 ovas of One without the hentai: "One: Kagayaku Kisetsu e", but the story is a little different, more complicated (if you know how hentai stories are ¬_¬). Just extra info for you.

You'd be crazy not to use 'School Days'... like REALLY crazy, watch the last episode and you'll see how well the anime fits this description XD Nothing is more tragic (I think? He has it coming :/) than getting stabbed to death for cheating on the chick you got pregnant then getting your other twisted girlfriend to cut off your head and store it in a bag to preserve the memories XD

there are a few scenes that are in the love hina manga that dont appear in the anime that you might be able to use.
preferably in colour

For the scene with the boy and the girl meeting when they are younger "Maburaho" comes to mind. Its a fairly long scene aswell.
