Honestly, nearly all anime shows nowadays unless they are fantasy/shonen action have a decent amount of cell phone scenes mixed into them. Using cell phones is such a large part of the Japanese culture nowadays, after all.

Jigoku Shoujo: Enma Ai sends some confirmation through phones
Ef A Tale Of Memories: Kei and Chihiro communicate this way every episode..also Hiro and Miyako communicate this way sometimes
Ef A Tale Of Melodies: Same as the previous one
Ouran High School Host Club: in the episode at Karuizawa (don't remeber which..maybe 17..or 15..but around there) Tamaki, Kaoru and Haruhi show their phones..also Tamaki calls Hikaru

Nerima Daikon Brothers episode 6. First the panda whips out his phone briefly to call the cops (Widget) on a 'domestic dispute.' Then, right at the end, Widget and the panda both use their phones.
