For Gollum:
At a stretch you could always use Sesshomaru's lackey (I'm afraid I'm drawing a blank on his name) from Inu-Yasha

Theoden -- Shoot me if you will, but I think King Vegeta (from the Bardock Special) would make a better Theoden. He looks about the right age (a lot of the others suggested are WAY too young). And the Rohirrim are supposed to be warriors of the wilderness, not necessarily regal.

Eomer -- Daryun from Heroic Legend of Arislan if you can get your hands on it. Albeit he isn't blond like Eomer's supposed to be, he's in pretty much the same situation Eomer was (kicked out of his own kingdom for standing up to totalitarianism)

Gollum -- Ah, my absolute favorite character out of the entire trilogy. This is an extremely obscure casting job, but if you've seen Bakuretsu Hunters, there was an episode way later in the series with a fortress controlled by a boy's spirit (in the dub, it's the third episode on the fist volume of Spell Wars). Anyway, at one point in the episode, the boy manifests himself in the form of a grossly deformed human. You could use that for Gollum.

If you use some manipulation, you could get a berserk unit 01 eva to work for gollum, esp. when he is eating the angel.

Its strange but this sounds like the exact same project WuWu is working on except he is going by the characters personalities, not there looks.

I know you already have Gandalf cast, and this suggestion would be more for Gandalf the Gray than the White, but The old guy in Nausicaa would be really great. He gets treated like gandalf for most of the movie too.

Wow! Thanks a lot! This is some great feedback. And I must certainly admit that you guys have made a lot great suggestions! When I asked my anime club, I got a lot of the same responses. So I'll give you a guys an update:

Theoden and Eomer are now casted, or at least these concepts will be put to work to see how they do.

Theoden will be played by either Hotohori (Fushigi Yugi) or Ilpalazzo (Excel Saga).

Eomer will be played by Nakago (Fushigi Yugi).

Remember, these ideas may not work well, so they are subject to change. So don't stop sending ideas for those two. As for Gollum, Jaken (Inuyasha) (Heero, this is Sesshomaru's lackey) and Happosai (Ranma 1/2) have been the best suggestions I've gotten from people thus far, so I might give them a go. We'll see.
