Sure it has lots of recycled stuff in it, but it's still a whole lot better than piss off. Personally I'm going to put the phrase:

Bardus gotten sic profundus ut haud intellect can subterlabor.
(translated into latin)

on the board in my classroom.

On the other hand... it was pretty generic, non specific and overkill for all of that. I've always figured that true hate mail should strike at the sould and cripple the mind. I mean, a huge rambling letter like that just doesn't work like: "I know you look at other guys in the shower, they all talk about it."

I might try the following for something that is a little closer (as I had trouble trying to find all of that vocabulary).

Sic bardus profunde est ut intellectum haud subterlabi potest?

I believe the translation to that (and my Latin is a bit rusty) is:
What a profoundly stupid (person thou art), how can knowledge not escape (thee)?

Such an interesting insult. I should like to know where you might have found the inspiration for it. Essentially, one is saying that a person is so stupid that they can't get smarter. (Of course, the Bible has serious things about saying this to someone, so this is all conjecture anyway, right?)

I don't know if this is what you were wanting to put on that chalkboard, but it is the jist of what I translated from the quote above. The "thou" and "thee" are assumed in Latin and indicate the second person singular (where I would use "you" and "ye" for second person plural). Makes notation a lot simpler unless you have to explain the ramifications. I'll let this stand as source of my ramifications should I ever use such langauge again.

Make sure you watch Monty Python's "Life of Brian" again sometime if you want to understand what kind of fun Latin is. I won't say that you didn't give it a good try, but it takes a lot of time and effort to try to say anything in Latin if you're not used to doing it. Studying Latin taught me a lot about linguistics out of necessity because you need to know linguistics to understand and translate Latin anymore.

Oh well, "sic crustulum friat." Or, 「どう　クッキー　崩れる」.
